What does the trench candle do – it helps our soldiers to light up the trench or shelter, dry up their clothes, warm them up or make food. Trench candles can save people’s lives left in shelters without electric power and gas supply. Such candles don’t easily get extinguished by the wind, they work in wet conditions, they can be ignited more than once. They are small in size, made of canned food tins and fit in the pocket. Using them one can lit the campfire even with the wet wood. One such candle can keep burning for two and up to eight hours. If you would like to help collecting materials to make trench candles, bring us empty food cans (beer cans are not suitable), corrugated cardboard, wax, stearin, paraffin. Any type of paraffin would work, old, dirty, clean, tinted, scented. We are ready to pay for the delivery by Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta, or pick up at the provided address.
